Five-9storage is Alive!
Due to increasing customer demand for high quality scalable storage solutions, five-ninesolutions has added three products from Intel to its portfolio. From an entry level 2TB desktop 'cube' storage solution to a 3U Rackmounted 8TB Enterprise Storage Server. Running embedded Linux code on a local compact flash module each unit requires no further Operating system and can be configured via a browser based application.
The Intel Storage Manager Console software package is supplied with each unit and this can be used to control and manage multiple machines. From this application machines located anywhere in the world can be configured to replicate individual data to entire clusters which can be carried out dynamically or at a pre defined point.
